It's an amazing remake of an old game which was brilliant. Best hospital simulator I've play so far. It's very witty and funny at times. Levels are challenging. Very satisfied with the game! Would recommend it happily if you are a simulator/management game lover!

Best survival game I have ever played!
Can be a bit overwhelming for beginners and chat isn't the best. Also it lags a lot and it's affecting gameplay heavily.
But I'm having loads of fun playing it and I love the fact I can play with the ones I love.
