Although the bot problem has been fixed at the time of writing this, the lobbies are fine mostly now, I still can't recommend it due to the lack of proper updates, mvm content (something bigger than just new crates). Overall tf2 as a game is very fun and you can meet many amazing people, one of the best first person shooters ever made with tons of cosmetics. I'll never forget the memories I made about this game. I believe you will enjoy playing it for hours.
