If like me, you don't care for Zombies nor MP, this game is *NOT* worth its asking price. And it neve will be, given how much MW2 costs after many years. The Campaign however I found entertaining, even pleasant at times, if not a bit too short. A lot of good stuff in there, could've used some more depth but no real bad things. This game got way too much bad publicity for nothing.

Psycho Train is by far the worst HO game I've ever played.
I can't tell if it's the first game in the long line of Eastern European HO game series, or if it's a poorly made rip-off by a rival gaming company. I sincerely hope it's the former.
HO games are cheesy as they are, with their bad voice acting, worse soundtrack and dodgy 3D animation. The stories are already pretty bad, but the beautiful art and the "mystery" feel makes it a guilty pleasure that many, I won't lie, enjoy thoroughly.
This is TERRIBLE.
- No voice acting, whatsoever
- Even the art, which is normally pretty good in HO games, is second rate
- The soundtrack made me want to kill myself
- The story is boring, plain and poorly written and though-out
- HO programming and dialogue windows are 5 years behind the other games
- 3D animation is medieval

All in all, this is a BAD version of an HO game, which is bad already as it is, so I wouldn't recommend Psycho Train to my worst enemy. I genuinely feel like I've wasted two hours of my life.

I actually liked this one. HO games of this series tend to have the same features
- a female protagonist
- a somewhat bad voice acting
- beautiful art
- a kind-of-silly story.

This, like all the others, has all of these features. While other titles (like Alice's Journey or Tales of Glass and Ink) are however dull, boring and feel too easy and lacking a decent storyline, this is one of the best of the series. The story actually has somekind of a sense with an ending that surprised me a little -which is way more than you can ask for with these games-, interesting minigames and the genuine ability to make you want to finish the game, which is not something that one should underestimate. Again, like all HO games it is not worth more than a couple pounds, and it should be bought when on discount. Other than that though, it is a very enjoyable couple of hours. Strongly Recommended, especially if one is -like me- weirdly drawn to this kind of games despite their silliness.

This game is hard as ♥♥♥♥ and not only I haven't finished, but I probably never will, because I get frustrated when I play it.

The problem here is that it isn't the game's fault. It's mine, and I know it. The game is HARD. You play a small, seemingly defenseless creature, and everything around you is going to kill you if you don't protect yourself. Everything is strong, faster, better and better protected than you. And you are going to die. Often. Too often, for my taste. The problem is that it will never kill you gratuitously.
You will deserve it, every single time.
It will be your fault, every single time.
So I can't really blame the game because I utterly suck at it. But I won't probably play it again soon.

Despite having the most absurd story of them all, Abyss: The Wraiths of Eden is my favourite HO game of the same developer. Like the others, it is graphically very beautiful, and the story is somewhat silly.
Yet the female protagonist this time seems to have a spark of initiative the others geneally lack. It is refreshing to see a female protagonist save her male counterpart and everyone else.
In a perfect balance between all the things that make HO games fun and what makes the utterly horrible games, this one has a good enough story, a good enough scenario, and lacks all the things that make the other games so terribly annoying, like horrible voice acting, a stupid character or the solution to the puzzles too obvious.

Not extremely long, but I got a nice kick out of this one, and a somewhat satisfactory sensation when it was over. This one is worth buying. Maybe for a discount, but go for it.

A woman (probably voiced by a mid-40s middle class american actress that sounds chosen from the cast of extras of Desperate Housewives for the dullness of her voice) struggles with her own insecurity in a magical world controlled by an evil guy whose motives are kind of unclear.
Beautiful graphics, interesting minigames, perhaps a little too easy, once you realise how certain mechanics work. Not the best title in the series, the story is dull and it is difficult to feel attached to the character as it progresses. Visually beautiful, but lacking substance. Kinda like Avatar, but without being in 1080p and perfectly animated.

As much as I love Steampunk settings, this is the weakest of the HO games by the same developer.
Graphically beautiful like the others, this features initially with absolutely atrocious voice acting -yes, even worse than the others-, and develops the Steampunk setting almost too much in a hurry. There isn't enough time to see exactly where we are, there isn't much sense behind the puzzles and the hidden object minigames, and the story itself makes little to no sense at all.

The ending, moreover, is particularly abrupt, and disappointing, which -in the case of these kind of games- is extremely bad. It looks good, but nothing else.

Splendid.
We played this in university for the Storytelling class.
I sweat a LOT.

If this wasn't in 8-bit graphics I think I would've never had the guts to finish the game. This is the physical proof that an amazing piece of videogame art does not need to come wrapped in Triple A graphics, posters on the subway and ads on Facebook. Papers, Please beats Call of Duty fair and square.

Glory to Arstotzka! (The soundtrack to this game has been my mobile ringtone for over a year now)

Seeing how great the first one was, I went into this one with clenched teeth and good resolve.
15 minutes in I looked at my girlfriend and said "I don't give a ♥♥♥♥ what happens to these ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, we're NOT trying to save everyone in this one. We watch our own back".

And that's precisely what we did.

Bear in mind that, despite the fact that I'm a great zombie fan, I do not like the series "The Walking Dead". The first time I played this game I was in university class. My professor had given me her IPad to play on, DURING class. That's how great it is, she said. I then played it with my girlfriend in an effort to involve her more in my gaming.

This game made me realise that my girlfriend is a horrible person, and I'm too trusting and would probably end up killed by cannibals in the event of a Zombie Apocalypse.

I actually lost most of my innocence playing this.
10/10 would cry again.
