Yes. Buy this Game.

First of all, performance isn't great on my PC, and even on medium settings i get graphical glitches and the occassional crash. That said, my processor/RAM are below that of the minimum requirements.

A few things that annoy me, some types of road have an issue where cars won't use a completely empty lane resulting in a huge traffic jam which wouldn't exist if people just switched lane. There needs to be a filter, allowing you to choose what buildings are built where, emergency service vehicles need right of way on the roads and there needs to be a day/night/weather cycle. Those things are pretty much the only things i would want in the future.

They have already stated that they are going to release a (free) European building set DLC, with terraced housing included, so that's a bonus for me. Graphics are nice, very large maps, very active modding community, best city builder to exist since Sim City 4 Rush Hour, if you choose XXL or SimCity over this game you're in need of a bullet to the head.

Worth every penny, doesn't work well with every song, but with the songs it does work well, it works a treat.

I would like to see more variation in terms of the track, i would like to see more twists, maybe some corkscrews and things like that, and with some genres of music (Hip Hop, for example) the game becomes too predictable, what can you do though when the game you're playing relies on a soundwave to produce a track, with some genres the game is amazing.

Also i think the background should be given slightly more relevance in terms of relating to the music in my view.. Hell, why don't we just make the surface we're driving on the soundwave of the file we're using.

They finally pulled through and got ♥♥♥♥ done, not been able to play the full version yet and not played the previous versions this year but I've heard nothing but good things, i played the very early versions a lot and loved it, so I'm sure it's better than that at least.

Got rid of my old review, which was truthful, but negative. Now the game is on a playable level (although still not near the level it was portrayed to be before the release in screenshots and in the trailers.) I'm actually quite impressed with it nevertheless.

Trust me, this game is growing into it's own potential, at some point this will be one of the most epic horror/survival games around, it's arguably already there.

Claims to be free to play but stops you in the middle of games asking you to buy it. Only let's you play free trial version. So not really free, at all.

Plus the extra tables are hilariously expensive, £20 for 1 table? Actual joke, people responsible for that pricing actually deserve to be killed or at least seriously assaulted.

Sorry but this is a joke, after many hours of downloading, it installed and started updating which was fine by me, seemed normal, until the update got to 100% and nothing happened, it started saying "installing Direct X" which i obviously already have. After maybe 20 minutes of confusion i looked around the steam forums, followed some advice, but this time when i clicked play, it bought up the same download window and just started downloading something different. After this it successfully ended, however the game STILL won't play. It either does nothing or says the application is already running (which it isn't.)

Pretty disgraceful, i downloaded Left 4 Dead 2 without a problem and it works fine. APB seems to be severely ♥♥♥♥♥♥. I know it's free to play but you still expect it to actually work after the installation progress.

EDIT: Just found out that on this game you have to pay REAL LIFE money for IN GAME guns, games like this should be ended. Money grabbing bull****.

ANOTHER EDIT: So yeah since this i've downoaded many games via Steam, none had any sort of problem what so ever, games i've downloaded and am able to run normally include Rust, Outlast, The Forest, Next Car Game, Battlefield 3, the list goes on, APB goes in the ♥♥♥♥ list with gaming atrocities like Velvet Sundown who wouldn't even run.
