After spending hours and hours on this game, finishing 1 and starting 2 more playthroughs, I can thoroughly say that after all the patches, this is a very enjoyable experience. (I bought this game WAY after release, Christmas of 2023)

The story is a typical RPG story, where choices you make affect how the story progresses. Some parts are fixed but mostly you get to pick choices that decide who’s alive, who you work with, etc. The story does a good job at getting you attached to characters, which make your choices feel like they have weight, as your actions may affect a character that you care about.

Combat in this game is pretty fun too. I started on KBM as at the time, I wasn’t used to aiming with a controller yet and I found the guns in the game were easier to control with a mouse for aiming. Of course there was aim assist for the controller but I was trying to shake years and years of being a KBM gamer. (I still am, just find the controller easier on my fingers, I guess. Another thing with this game is it works well with both KBM and Controller once I got settled with the controller, which is great, cause it allows for a very inclusive experience for people who may not be able to use KBM.

Developed by the same studio that released The Witcher 3, I enjoyed all the side quests and easter eggs as it provided an engaging and long experience. Much like the Witcher 3, the game will punish the player for trying to end the game too early, as this game results in multiple endings. I spent most of my time in this game completing all the side quests I needed to before starting the final phase of the game. They did a good job of not making these side quests boring though.

It did still feel like a bit of an effort to get through all of them but that was just towards the end of it. While I was getting through them, most of the side quests were enjoyable.

TL;DR: Great story. You decide what ending you get. Pretty grindy, especially before the final act and after as there’s always more to explore. If you’ve played the Witcher 3, you know what to expect from CD Projeckt Red in terms of content.

Thanks for reading Ig, I hope this helps

Very hard to get through.

First, Truss Rod is confusing, as most of it is. i am following instructions yet nothing is happening? I get stuck on various parts even with the tutorial on.
The advancement button is hidden on top as "Phase Completed", so it took me while I get past the first bit.
Also, what is up with the camera controls?? I cant maneuver it accurately and almost can't at all. It's stuck on one place and its hard to switch from the end of the guitar to the top.

As a person who plays guitar, the tuning bit makes no sense whatsoever. The tuning knobs have more than the range this has been set to and I wasn't been able to get the right E note for the thickest string until I looked at the tuner and figured it out. Took me a while, but then even after tuning the guitar it didn't sound like the standard open EADGBE guitar?

The playing system is off too, I hit some keys and it doesn't respond, sometimes it does. Impossible to figure things out when the tutorial is supposed to be explaining it. Problem: It isn't. Solution: Make it explain more, like a step-by-step. Players may complain its too long or complicated, but the point of this is to build an instrument and test it out. If you've added a mechanic to the game you should explain it. Otherwise, don't put it there. Building an instrument is supposed to be a long and complicated process, so the first tutorial should be too.

There's lot of room for improvement and ultimately the concept got me hooked in the first place. Camera movement is definitely a must on the list of fixes.

TL;DR: Solid concept, needs lots of improvement. I would play again in the future if there are updates made to it tho. But for now, it's not worth the figuring out because it took me way too long to thoroughly enjoy the game and just became frustrated and irritated at it.

It's pretty good except for the fact that I keep getting freezes in gameplay, and I know I definitely have the specs to run it so there's probably a problem on their end.

Hoping they patch this because it makes gameplay very annoying and difficult at times. There's no lag, stutter, it's just frozen. For a few seconds, and when it happens ranges.

During some story missions it was every few seconds it'd freeze, but in free roam it's about every 5-10 minutes. If this happens to you I'm sorry but overall great story and I highly recommend if it works out.

Assassin’s Creed II. What a beauty. I guess I can start off by saying that this game holds one of the best– if not THE best Assassin’s Creed stories, in my opinion. This kicks off the Ezio Trilogy, which spans the next 2 games continuing on from here.

Only 6 GB, the game has so much content and the graphics are pretty neat considering it came out in 2009. The story has so much to offer, and trust me when I say you will get attached to the characters. It's also not that long compared to the games these days so if you aren't a heavy grinder or don't like long stories, this is for you.

The parkour and traversal in this game is great, but personally as a controller-preferred player nowadays, I had to use Steam Input to get a satisfying experience (I have an Xbox One controller). I remember when I was younger and did not own a controller (2019 ish), I played through this game with KBM and found it just as fun. If you’re not too fussed on using a keyboard, then this game will be perfect for you. Or if you still own a working Xbox 360 controller, you’ll be able to play this game too.

There’s many locations you can access in this game and the pacing of it never feels off. You never get bored, and there’s always something to do.

Overall I feel like getting this game on sale was definitely worth it and I urge anyone who reads this to do the same. 15 years later and it still holds up as (in my opinion) the most engaging Assassin’s Creed game I’ve ever played.

TL;DR: Game is great. Story is great. Download size is small if you’re worried about storage, and a good introduction to Assassin’s Creed as a whole.

I know there are people who would say start at AC1 but I personally feel like the true heart of it begins in AC2 (I started with this game). Definitely get caught up on AC1 before you start AC2 though, and if you have the money to spare I don't see why not.

This game is good, but you need patience.
Once you get the hang of this game, it's actually really fun.
Fare warning though, it is quite enraging.

It's pretty good, but definetly not for kids. There are inappropiate themes in this that aren't kid friendly.
