THE BUILD MODE
There is a lot to say about this gem of a tool. The possibilities that are achievable with the build mode are endless. You can make your maps as simple or as intricate as you'd like. You can make your own buildings, characters, monsters and weapons. The number of assests is astonisihing and keeps growing. And they cover a whole plethora of genres and time periods. It takes time to get used to the UI and controls, but once you figure it out, your imagination becomes alive with this awesome build mode.
THE BAD AND UGLY
If you do not like low poly style, then this is not a game for you. The style lends well to stretching and manipulating obječts, even though it does sometimes look wonky. There are lots of small bugs that are not annoying enough to make the game unplayable, but I still have to point out that at the moment of writing this is not a product that is super polished and without its faults. There is still some missing features that are coming soon to the game, like an api for people who would like to mod the game and some features that will let the players interact more with the world in play mode.
PLAY MODE
Oh what joy does it bring when my friends play like kids in sand on my maps! And I also enjoy playing in the VTT since I'm a very visual person. You save so much mental energy while gm-ing since you don't need to focus so much on the visual and are free to describe more in other sensory details. The prep time can be as long or short as you'd like it to be. And that's why you have the workshop.
THE COMMUNITY
Although still very small at the time of writing, this game has delighted me not only by its unique charm, but also by helpful people that also enjoy this game and share their creation. There is an official discord page where you can share your creations, ask questions, report bugs or just talk about the game.
THE DEVELOPERS
A very small team for such a big project. They are a hard working, passionate bunch and you can feel that they care deeply about the game and our feedback They polish the game constantly, add new content and answer any questions the players have. I hope they keep working on this project long enough that in the end everyone could without a doubt say that this is the most stable and most content packed VTT on the market.
