DE:IW is really bad. Worse even than the reviews say. There are some things in the game that are really well-executed but they are usually minor details and all the major stuff is wrong wrong wrong. Very few choices, mostly click-through pre-scripted dialog, common sense checks failing all over the place, bad voice acting, universal ammo a la Fail Effect 2, and the worst part for me personally is that the levels were designed to work with the original XBox from the start rather than porting the game to the XBox later, so all the areas are miniscule and all text is giant due to the limitations of that platform.

I wanted to like it because I figured it was probably a decent game that unfortunately high standards to live up to. It is in fact not a decent game =(
