but if this were a rating out of five, i would give 3 and a half because not only the game is flooded with hackers since Valve made the game free-to-play, the hackers keep coming back after being banned because Valve probably believes in the saying that "Once a hacker, not always a hacker" but it isn't really like that. They keep coming back since the game is free-to-play. But even though the number of hackers when the game first became free was a lot higher than now and most of the hackers are found in the 'competitive' mode of the game and not in 'casual' or 'deathmatch' mode and the community is kind enough to kick the hackers out of the game when they come in their game. Enough about the hacks now, Counter-Strike:Global Offensive is a great FPS game and most importantly it is not a "pay-to-win" type of game. The skins that you can get in-game as rewards or on the community market are only cosmetic and do not provide any in-game advantage, they just add value to your account and please your eyes. A really nice game I must say.
