Relaxing, cozy, and cute book shop simulation game. I loved the little stories with the people outside the book shop and decorating! I also enjoyed the write books mini game and some of the end results of chapter titles made me chuckle. It's a bit hard to manage the space at first, but after a bit you can increase your bookshop size and you unlock more items the more books you sell which made it a lot more fun customizing the shop (I did mine by book genre). I did wish I could rotate items and that the game was longer though. But for a simple indie game I had fun with it.

I did not encounter any of the bugs some of the other reviews mention.

If you like Sudoku or puzzles and you like cats, this is such a relaxing (although challenging) and cute game and I definitely recommend!

Honestly I feel like I will buy/love anything this Publisher/Developer creates. There hasn't yet been a miss for me. I love that each of the games helps to raise awareness for adoption and rescue of cats. <3

This game has potential. The blinking aspect was pretty cool and felt unique and I enjoyed the art style of the game. This is more of a visual novel/storytelling kind of game and the story, once you finally learn what is going on, is heartbreaking. But for a game where the gimmick is you use your eyes to control the game, it felt like not enough thought went into how the different elements could affect the people playing the game and for that I can't recommend it.

1. After a while the blinking was more of a chore and holding my eyes open for the length it took to fully finish listening to the scenes started to make my eyes hurt. There are several parts of the game where the metronome pops up way before the scene has fully finished. I ended up switching to the mode that didn't require blinking.

2. The sound. Half the time the music is very loud and it's hard to hear the dialogue. There are no controls for adjusting the sound at all built into the game. It would have been better if there was a way to turn the volume for the music down so I could fully hear the story. Yes, I understand parts of the dialogue are likely meant to feel muffled. That is not the part I am referring to.

3. This game should have a warning label that it is not safe for people who suffer from light sensitivity migraines, seizures, or motion sickness. My triggers are pretty mild and it takes a lot to get me to that point where I develop symptoms, but by the end of the game I was both nauseous and had a headache, the primary culprits being the edges of each scene are constantly moving with only small parts of the screen lit up, when the "disease" pops up on screen the brightness was almost unbearable and the scenes with the keyboards and typewriter going back and forth made me nauseous. . I tried turning the graphics down and that did not help.

Cute game! I really enjoyed the puzzles. All told it took me a little over 5 and a half hours to completely finish the game. The story has this underlying message of hope and helping others which I really loved. <3

Short puzzle game with a sweet story, relaxing music, and pretty art style. I also enjoyed the DLC. My only complaint is that the game wasn't longer because I would spend many more hours playing it if there was more content. :)

I want to leave a neutral review for this game. It's not a bad game. It's cute, it's a basic platformer and I liked finding the hidden records and solving the puzzles, also it's free! But playing with mouse and keyboard was just not fun for me and the game bugged out a couple times while I was playing. I also didn't like that I couldn't adjust the graphics or contrast/brightness at all other than high/low setting and there were some areas that were just way too dark for me personally with my vision issues. I might try again when I have a controller I can use with my PC, but for now it's going in my "done for now" pile.

I don't usually go for Dating Sims, but the fact that Felicia Day was one of the voice actors caught my attention and I splurged on the game. I am so happy I did!

The voice acting is fantastic, the character art of the objects coming to life is so detailed and well done, and following all the clues or "Roomers" to find each of the character is fun (though you can choose to ignore the clues and just go hunting for the objects yourself). Honestly the level of detail that went into the character art, the voice acting, the personalities...it's impressive and while the relationships themselves feel a bit superficial, it has provided me with hours of entertainment so far and I've still not interacted with all of the characters. Also let's talk the puns... some of them have had me laughing so hard and that is something I have desperately needed in my life lately. Some of them are not my cup of tea, but at the same time, I love how diverse the game feels. There are sexual references, but no nudity which I appreciate and there is also a content aware system built in that you can have turned on to be warned when dialogue might be out of your comfort zone.

The game does have some bugs that makes completely finishing the game a bit hard at the moment, but the Devs have been working on them and pushing out hotfixes to address them. Whenever I've run into one, I've just shifted focus to other characters for a bit until the next hotfix goes live. I do recommend saving often though in case you get an ending with a character you didn't expect (especially important if you're going for love endings with all the characters for the achievement).

I highly recommend this game if you're looking for a bit of lighthearted fun.

This is such a sad but wholesome game about a couple who are trying to have a relationship long distance and the struggles they are having because of the distance. It's a short game but the puzzles with folding paper are interesting and I found some of them to be challenging, others easy. The music is a bit melancholy but also somehow soothing. I loved the LGBTQ rep and being able to choose the gender(s) of the characters in the story. In general it gave me the vibes of a Pixar movie but felt like a unique take on a story-based/narrative game and I rather enjoyed it.

The art style of this visual novel game caught my eye and I loved the choose-your-own adventure mystery style of story. It's a shorter game but I really enjoyed discovering the different endings and unlocking everything. Some endings felt more fleshed out and better than others, but it didn't detract from how much I enjoyed it. It felt cozy even though the story line is a bit dark.

This is such a cute game!! I loved learning about each of the characters and tying to find them their perfect match. The relationships are cute and the little stories itself are relaxing! If you like cozy games, this is well worth a play through.
