I'm complete ♥♥♥♥ at this game, but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ I absolutely love it, the difficulty, artstyle, combat and story are so well done.
I've almost got all achievments, only needing to finish 1 playthrough the get the rest, but apart from that I absolutely adore it.

Ada-1 coming back next season, can't wait

Distance is an arcade racing game(duh).
Pros
The game looks good, and the graphics are good.
There's a lot of things you can do in this game

Cons
The adventure mode; you get in and play, thinking it's supposed to be a good and fun activity, the first maybe two levels were actually enjoyable.
The controls was confusing, the side thrusters was annoying and the air control felt dumb; basically, when you get in the air you have to stop controlling your car, because it'll react to every movement which is made. When you jump, you can't hold forwards because you will faceplant your car, if you hold backwards you do a half backflip landing on your back, it feels annoying.
The visuals. Yes I did say that the visuals were good in this game, that's because they are. But it's a trainwreck when you're driving; there's so many things happening around you that you don't know where to go. I often asked myself if I was about to drive into a wall or not. There's also no useful visual assist in the game. Whenever you learn to do a new shiny thing in the adventure mode, it tells you that you can do that thing, but that's also the only thing it really tells you. It doesn't show where you have to go, there was a point where the track split in two and of course, I drove in one of the directions (they connected at the end), but it told me I was driving the wrong direction. Apparently you had to jump up, and fly upwards, in the middle of where the track split.


I asked myself "What the -profanity- is going on in this game" about every 30 seconds, because it felt like that.
Will I recommend it to a friend? No, I won't. Unless they fix some of the issues I won't be picking this game up again.
I came into this game with an open mind, but I am disappointed.

This is the single best game I've ever played.

The graphics are stunning
The engine is amazing
Artstyle is realistic
Sound design is great
The physics feel real

It feels more like you are in the game, rather than playing the game.

It's a great game with great mods and also some casual gameplay, if you wanna sit back relax then you can play this game, or be really focussed and play competitive then do that in this game or just jump around with a knife and see if you can butt-stap somebody.
