portal but it's shiny

The first few levels are good
The last 2 levels are great
The avatar levels are mostly meh. Moonbase and Pillar were awful.

A huge chunk of the campaign was spent unlocking the avatars in levels with no story at all and that were extremely frustrating at times.

I just WISH this game had more story. In BONEWORKS it was very cryptic but it was at least there. The actual story content in this is far less and when the game feels like it's getting going, it ends.

I had a lot of fun with this game and the mods that will be made will provide extra fun as well, but I wish there was more in the campaign.

The music was amazing though. 10/10

When I saw the Chapter name "Jeff" appear, I laughed. Thought it was funny that Valve called a chapter "Jeff".

I was not laughing when I met Jeff.


10/10 The best VR game ever made. Ruined all other VR games for me, it's THAT good. And maybe even the best Half-Life game, absolutely phenomenal. If you have VR and haven't played this game, do it right now, I promise you will be in for a SUPER TIME and you won't regret it.

The ending and post credits scene gave me chills. Valve is back and I am so excited for what the future brings.

It seems Half-Life 3 may actually confirmed. Grabbing the crowbar at the end as Gordon... Man what a game. Was not expecting that AT ALL. Blew me away.

The 3 Maps released for the Xen beta are incredible. Blew me away. Can't wait for the full release.

Epic Games do not want competition. They want to create their own monopoly, where they have everything and Steam doesn't. It's not "giving the consumers a choice if you are literally taking choice away from them by removing the game from Steam and having it only on Epic. That's not competition. That's greed. ♥♥♥♥ Epic.
