Awful controls, poor servers, multiple boring and reused assets, sometimes just other assets upscaled and called different things, bosses teleporting in matchmaking, awesome.

Don't really know what else to say, game can be fun but chasing around a third person trying to minmax isnt fun either, why did the game launch with no duo mode and zero way to communicate apart from the emotes that are hidden behind 3 different UIs.

I could write an in-depth review but I wont.

Edit as of server issues circa 08/06/2025.

Shai hulud had mysteriously vanished, the servers fell into chaos and were offline for near 9 hours, people came back to bases being deleted by the worm and gear having vanished due to a rollback of player location data. This also meant you lost any vehicles you were in or using around the time of the crash. With the game being 2 days away from full launch it should NOT be having these issues, they should have been curbed during the Betas.


The game is great and has good features, but unfortunately 1 bug fix presents twelve more. The code is almost as bad as helldivers 2.


14/06/2025: Spice is literally broken, the entire point of the game is unobtainable due to a bug. No mention from the devs, you are blocked out of all endgame crafting without spice.

Still remains a unity store asset scam with boring combat 3 years later.

GOTY if not for GTA 6 (if it drops)

Beautiful graphics, well performing, unique art style despite UE5 awful engine, interesting and new combat, few minor bugs but hey ho.

It is like a JRPG without the ♥♥♥ slop game mechanics that make it insufferable.

Like most Bethesda titles, I will wait for modders to fix the issues I have with the game.

One is 30+ year old men who hate the emojis

One is 20 year or younger zoomers who also hate emojis...

The third one is 21-25 year old hood irony classic enjoyers... Who understand the emoji lore.

The first good product to ever come from Nacon.

Chinese porn slop, why is this on steam.

Far too much artificial grind, durability on weapons and equipment is atrocious with no option to repair gear.

6 planks and 6 rope per animal etc. grinding resources for better gear just doesnt seem worth it.
