I don't know why I continue to play this game when the devs always manage to ♥♥♥♥ things up that have been in the game for ages with no issue. I'd be more disappointed if the level of incompetence wasn't borderline impressive.

After a rocky start, the game servers are fairing much better.

Some game modes do suffer from either no real challenge, or low replay value due to lack of variation/unpredictability.

In general, a solid game, lots of replay value, and great for friends
