The main reason for this is the location of where the window is displayed. The window is set to -32,000 on window_top_x and window_top_y which is outside of the screen.

To fix this, open the Config file for Danganronpa V3 and amend the following.

window_top_x = 0
window_top_y = 0

## This will set the window to the original position. (Center position)

Save that as the current Config and the game will load completely fine.
