Campaign is just fast enough to get through without getting bored. Combat is getting better every patch. Loot feels really really good. Crafting is good. Weavers is amazing. Endgame is good. 9/10

PoE needed to be slowed down, but not this much. Upgrades don't feel powerful. I don't feel powerful. I'm not having fun. The magic of PoE seems to have been lost. Hopefully just a tuning issue that will be resolved in EA.

This game is not for me. Subjectively this is the worst ARPG I have ever played. RNG uncut skill gem system is terrible and slows the game down. Acts are way too long and slow the game down. Movement is way too slow and slows the game down. Drops are non-existent and slow the game down. It has to be the single slowest ARPG in the history of ARPGs. Every decision made to slow this game down could have accomplished the same while being fun.

I don't understand the reasoning behind punishing the people who love PoE by rotting their brain with boredem beyond belief at just trying to get to the end of an act. It's incomprehensible how slow this game truly is until you try to play it. Move 2 screens oh look 3 monsters! Move two screens WOW 5 monsters! On and on and on. No excitement at all. Oh goody a boss!? Every boss phases and heals to full at second phase. Most boring boss fights of "walk in circle until boss dead". I expected way more and that's on me. I expected a honed PoE that doesn't have the power creep and with better visuals and skill design. Instead I get a trudge of a RNG experience unlike any other. This is a marathon game getting through each act. I'm a sprinter. I would refund this but it's free.

Chapter 1 boss AAP07 is the most over-tuned boss of any souls game and makes ZERO sense to be the first real boss you fight. What a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ joke. I'll come back when they fix him, but I doubt they will. I refuse to respec just to cheese him. What a waste of time.

New expansion is ♥♥♥♥. Gameplay is typical die respawn die resapwn until you beat the ♥♥♥♥ content.

Loving the the gameplay from the new patch! The feeling of survival is now very real. Tools degrade (a bit too fast but that can be fixed). The start can be tuned for your playstyle. The graphics, oh man the graphics are incredible. It's a step in the right direction and I hope they keep improving the game in the same way.

For any new players just know that it may take a little bit to get the hang of things. Be aware of what's on the groud. Use your scanner to scan things. The scanner is your best friend. This game will not hold your hand and I've got to say I like it that way. But others will not. If you're looking for a tutorial then maybe this isn't for you just yet. If you're looking for a game with a lot of fun gameplay and the feeling of real survival with no hand-holding. Jump right on in!

Good action combat, by far. But most games aren't great at even attempting action combat. When it's done right, it's amazing. Anything else feels awful

I suck at reviews, but I really enjoy this game. I love PvP games; especially ones referencing ancient empires.

Initially it can be a bit of a turn off and/or even overwhelming, because of all of the ♥♥♥♥ on the pre-game screen and potato translations... but with a bit of patience and a few games it will all begin to flow. I strongly suggest looking at the keybinds page at some point. The game is simple on the surface, but depth can be acquired through personal game play. For example, some people just left click spam while others do some wonderfully unique things that can turn a match around. The games where someone just does some crazy ♥♥♥♥, or even an actual strategy that completely turns the game around never ceases to amaze me.

This is one of those games that I prefer to play with a friend, because you can get some potato teammates like any team based game. Ok, so my biggest issue is the lack of possible keybinds. At the time of this review I cannot use my extra mouse buttons or multi keybinds (as in shift/ctrl/alt modifiers). I hope they change this because it really fricken sucks when you cannot easily reach pass the 4 key on the keyboard!

Lastly, game needs Zhuge Liang somewhere in the game. If he gets added, disregard this statement!
