The game has wonderful retro pixel graphics and animations. The English translation is not great, but okay. This would normally mean a thumb up but...

Unfortunately many of the puzzles are totally illogical, with the game texts rarely giving you any idea what you need to do. In addition you often end up searching the screen for tiny elements to interact with. Your final resort to is to combine everything with everything or looking up the walk through hints.

Example: early in the game you need to fix a broken rake. To glue it back together, you need to stick one half into a pile of bones to suddenly have adhesive on the end. The second half needs to be rubbed on some graffiti at the wall, which will add hardener to it. None of these actions make any sense and no dialog or examination of said objects give any clue that this would happen. When you have figured it out by pure experimentation, you need to use the rake on a crack in the floor that does not look much different from any other parts on the screen...

Worthy successor to the original. A solid adventure game with logical puzzles and a good story. The end was a little bit sudden and anti climatic maybe.

I heard a lot of good things about the game and I love point'n'click adventures. However I had to give up on this one quickly. The awkward controls just took all the fun out of the game for me.

Not a classical point and click adventure but more a visual novel with your decisions driving the story. The story was quite interesting and full of suspense. I was not a big fan of those "hit the keys shown on the screen" sections. They took away from the immersion and were unessary. Luckily there are only a few of those sections. The game contains quite a few spelling and grammar mistakes but I'd argue it even adds to the Russian vibe of the story.

The time travel game mechanic makes for very interesting puzzle solutions. Over all the game is on the easy side and very linear - when you're stuck you are stuck and can not focus on any other open puzzles. Still a solid adventure with nice atmosphere and story.

It's an okay'ish game. The setting is interesting but the excution isn't really doing it for me. Worst of all it's just one episode that stops just when things might get interesting.

A fun point'n'click adventure game. The puzzles are logical but mostly on the easy side. The whole game takes about 3 hours to complete. The graphics and humor reminded me of "Ben there, Dan that" and "Time Gentlemen, Please". I enjoyed it.

Fun game with relatable characters, even though the story is a bit simplistic sometimes. I really enjoyed it. Only nitpick I have is that the romance options are purely monogamous. My char was clearly in love with multiple people, but the game leaves no room for poly relationships :-(

It's amazing with what very simple graphics this game can tell a very very Lovecraftian story.

This is probably one of the best games I played recently. But be warned, this is not a happy story. It is also rather short. I played through it in about 3 hours.
