Honestly, it's ok, but Banished is a similar yet more engaging game. I never got hooked the way I did with Banished

It's ok - but it takes too long to load and get into game, the complexity of the game isn't particulary high and some of the cut sequences just waste time. The polish just isn't there.

If you enjoyed Cannon Fodder, you'll enjoy this. It's got such a nice pick-up-and-play vibe to it, with plenty of opportunity for a "wow, I just did what?" in a 20 minute lunchbreak :)

This is how an RTS should be. It's strategy. It's not resource collection, not spamming the most medium tanks. It's about ambushes, about affecting both the front line with blunt trauma and supply lines with surgical strikes. It's about frustration and about luck...and I bloody love it.
