the fall off of helldivers needs to be studied. this game was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ amazing when it came out. i loved it. i could NOT stop glazing every single little detail with my friends. not quite sure what happened, whether the devs just like ruining fun without thinking or they wanted to give in to the small part of the community who actually gives a ♥♥♥♥ about extremely strict balance in a PvE game, but come on. heard about the flame based battle pass just for all fire damage to be nerfed into the ground, the game also doesn't run well and i know thats not just my 4 year old pc ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ itself, though that definitely has a hand in it. i could easily play this game at 60 fps on medium-high settings a few weeks after launch and now it just can't stop crashing and it has to spend about 45 minutes of 10-20 fps gameplay just to smooth out. i see a few positive reviews that say the game is doing poorly but the fun you'll have with friends is worth the $40, this is fair but $40 of a few days of fun for it to sit in my library for the rest of time reminding me i can barely play it anymore is $40 i would happily take back to spend on another game that will be taken care of. can't actively recommend sinking 40 dollars for this game when only people with high end specs can actually comfortably run this and the balancing is about removing what makes helldivers fun.

feels fun to sit with my retarded wizard friend and spend what feels like hours trying to beat him for him to spam the same like 3 moves that just ♥♥♥♥ on my forehead, just to switch to robot and beat his spell casting ass. this game is super fun and well executed. mods are cool too when actually well done and yomi's artstyle is considered

definitely can't speak for all the people who felt as if they were promised a great fleshed out game and got a shell of said promise, but i got this game well after it's release on xbox game pass and then pc and thoroughly enjoyed it. i did get, at one point, bored with the game and what it had to offer, but any game like this is going to do that. i'm not quite sure how people can infinitely play extraction or looter shooters. i am very aware of fatsharks desire to constantly update the little item shop but not the game itself, havent checked out the new major update too much but overall i think this game is a great play. super big fan of actually good looking unlockable cosmetics aswell, even if the microtransactions are still a problem.

i got this game on xbox game pass and loved it so much without even completing it i bought both games on steam, havent finished it yet but im wondering where my green haired queen is, super great game and all characters are well done

super great chill game that is worth the money, this game does an excellent job at communicating real people with real problems, not anything dramatized or outlandish

game's cool and epic, replayed it properly after a while and made 3 people rage dc in a row in 1v1's, what the ♥♥♥♥ happened to people who play this game? also watching videos for rewards is some mobile game loser ♥♥♥♥

followed the game since before release in 2016/2017 and started playing in 2019. this game did asymmetrical horror extremely well and definitely birthed many games that attempted to be a successor and failed. sadly, in recent years, it's become a slave to the community that nurtures an us vs them argumentative mentality and whines/complains whenever the game doesn't represent/cater to them. if i remember correctly, back sometime between 2018-2020, they took a few months to just lock in on game balance and making the game a better experience. i wish they would do that again, the game would definitely benefit. currently the game only communicates that bhvr is full of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game developers and dbd was their lucky strike. luck seems to be running out though. poor balance and the identity loss due to adding random ass killers/survivors recently is definitely gonna catch up. i think balance and that fnaf update is all this game has left to actually redeem itself. if the fnaf update is just cosmetics its gonna be ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hilarious.

really uper duper fun played it when it was on sale for 15 dollars so far its really fun but i havent tried other perks so i bet there is even more stuff to do that is fun

I've played the game since I was about 5 years old. I adore and love this game with all of my damned heart. Nowadays it seems as if valve has abandoned the game and that really does hurt. but the game overall is still amazing. The games beautiful. The mechanics specifically movement and gun play are incredibly well done.

It's a great game! really addicting sometimes :P
