Early Access Review
I really like this game. It gives me a new fresh look at what a BR can be, and I love how much it varies from all the cookie cutter BR's that have dropped lately.

The good:
-Pace of play **SO MUCH ACTION**
-Small loot tables and lot of loot mean less time spent scavenging and more time shooting
-100ish FPS on a mid-tier gaming PC
-New fresh take on the circle. For example the circle feels like it continuously moves but it never seems to move at a speed that cannot be outrun. This means the games flow very well from start to finish. No sitting by a tree waiting for 3-4 minutes to see where the circle will land.
-Short game times, I won a solo game earlier with 6 kills and it was a 14 minute match total.
-New fresh look at dropping in. There is no predetermined path a vehicle takes, you are arbitrarily dropped at different areas of the map. I like this, it add's a lot of variety
-Bullets hit and when they hit you know it. No more desync/lag and seeing hits land only to show a 0 for damage. This is simply the best part of the game, the fact that it combines CSGO style shooting with a BR is incredibly addicting.
-Bunny Hopping had me worried that it would rule the fighting of this game, that is simply not the case as the bullet spread while non-ADS is atrocious, and there is an ADS moving accuracy penalty.

The Bad:
-The circle could pause a LITTLE bit between zones, allowing for teams to regroup, or for you to have the mi-game re-supply. This could be easily fixed via a balance
-Personal shields go away after a hit and leave you at a disadvantage if you win a fight. They should make personal shields either have a certain number of charges, or make it so every dead body drops one. As the mechanic stands right now, losing your personal shield every fight really dissuades people from entering fights or searching them out because it sets you up for a disadvantage come later in the game.
-The pre-lobby experience is great with them injecting a 'gun game' style loading screen. My issue with this is that screen is far too long. I am currently at 50/50 for time spent in the pre-lobby and time spent in the game.

There are a few more negatives but they aren't bothering me too much at this point. As you can see this game at it's core is built to be a competitive BR shooter and I have had a great time playing it so far. Every one of the issues that I have listed are not deep seeded coding issues and are easily fixable with future patches and balancing...unlike the core game problems some other BRs are currently experiencing with hitreg/desync/lag...

Quite a few hours on this slashing zombies with my friends... Good way to let off some steam, and fairly long storyline.
