Absolutely fantastic game! The gameplay is solid and the story is dark and brutal. A breath of fresh air if you've been missing a good story game to play.

(it also delves into the topic of death, A LOT. Expect major depressive themes!)

It's just like how I remember playing Reach on the Xbox 360 :)

Audio lag does occur, but only when there are large amounts of gunfire/enemies on the screen at once. And even then only for a few seconds before it resyncs. Not the huge problem people seem to say it is.

Armor unlocks are linear, but equipping is the same as it was on the 360.
No credits system unfortunately, but leveling up is the same too.

Can't wait to try the other games when they're done too. If you never played the older games, I recommend buying the whole bundle.

Awesome game!

Recently spotted for two mortars at once and it was intense! I was yelling out distances and azimuths for both while the enemy constantly bombed us with grenades, destroying our walls and shooting our foxholes piece by piece. We took out about 5 people and 2 armored cars before having to retreat.

11/10 would get hit with HE nades again

The community in this game is awesome!

Ran completely out of fuel in my ship for the first time and was stranded next to a star.
Frustrated (because I'm new and have no idea what to do) I decide to go into the forums and contact the "Fuel Rats" for some help, and within the span of 30 seconds they come over and refuel my ship! (they even completely repaired it free of charge!)

Long story short, this game isn't as vague as some make it out to be, especially when there are people like the Fuel Rats to save me if I mess up. The game's good!
