After so many years of coming and going with this game, it's stuck with me. For the first time I love this game and cannot wait to see what comes next.

This game is in the process of becoming legend. It does so, so many things right, and has become a pinnacle example of pushing the envelope and balancing expectations with delivery dates in a way that's engaging and impactful. The realness of the game and its shortcomings makes it incredibly personable, and anyone who's willing to put the time into the early campaigns to learn about the game will come out feeling at home within the Destiny universe. I am not much of a sim game player. That is to say the monotony of either adhering to the realism of Farm or Flight Sim, or the repetitiveness of Minecraft becomes real boring, real fast. But Stardew not only has a multitude of activities, it gives you things to look forward to, things to prepare for, and a breathable but intentional pace that drives me to want to get the most out of each day that I can.

As such, the only negatives I can put on so far are nitpicks, like wanting more robust dialogue options with characters so Pierre can say something other than "It's been a long week of work, I deserve to relax on a Friday night" or whatever the line is in the Saloon.

Love it, play it. You won't be able to do everything and that's okay. Just do what you can and enjoy the ride.
