No worries at all. My only experiences so far are with the gmod workshop and to be honest, there really is no way to tell when something was removed/set to private because the games never really inform you. The ones I have always run into with that issue have been frequently used addons that I often use in my single player games. So I can very much know when things are missing because a large chunk of my main single player game go missing. So I'm very sorry but I'm not really sure how to help. The workshop isn't really optimized for letting people known when their content will be vanishing, and the best you can hope for is someone else noticed and there is a reupload. Hopefully this provides some helpful insight at the very least
Quote: "I'm glad you reuploaded this. I HATE when I'm in the middle of a game sesh and all of a sudden something doesn't work and then I find out the addon I use frequently was deleted."
How can one find out which mod / addon has been deleted (or set to private) from the Workshop? Many years ago, in my case, I had lost access to ~3 subscribed addons (not for Gmod, but for L4D2). Once I realized I had less addons available / displayed in-game, I tried remembering which ones I had, but sadly, I couldn't. There were too many for me to remember. Even today, I still don't know which ones they were.
So besides memorizing the addons' names / or authors' names, is there any alternative solution? Do they remain installed on the PC ? any leftovers?
Can you help me out? Thanks in advance.
