This is a nice throwback to old games that had you grow some callus on your thumbs.

The controls are air-tight (with a controller), the art is vivid and and at times nostalgic, and the music not only helps set the mood for action and performing insane stunts, it's also great to listen to on it's own.

The difficulty is high enough to be mildly frustrating at times to INCREADIBLY ANNOYING (The Kid's warp zone), but never overly tedious or dull. This game is much like a spicy dish; it may sting and burn you from the inside-out, but you tend to go back for more pain and meaty, savory goodness.

This game is a bit unstable at times, with slowed down frames and sometimes crashing. The first patch seemed to stabilize it a bit more, but these problems are not completely gone. This is a minor issue, and these problems will most likely be ironed out in the next week or so.

If you have a little bit of free time, some cash, and an iron-clad will, then I suggest you pick up this game
