Basicly...if you've always been given the ABILITY to have good internet and good ping BECAUSE OF YOUR LOCATION (trust me ... every player WOULD have good internet AND ping if their living location could be provided with it...its not about the money....the thing i hate the most is when kids say "YOU CANT AFFORD GOOD INTERNET"...like seriously ♥♥♥♥ ?!??) and then if you are being smart about it .... your are miserable :D there is no other word for it ....maybe RETARDED could also suit you ...
