Loads into games much faster than the browser version, has the Yakuman animations that the browser version lacked, and I can stream to Discord which I was having trouble with on the previous desktop version.

To say E.Y.E. is an excellent game would be a lie. It's an independant game, and it has it's flaws. The most noticable is it's badly trasnlated English, which makes the already confusing story even harder to initally understand. Aside from that, the other problem is some animation problems, making the characters move around in odd ways. Finally is the various glitches that come up during online play such as saves being corrupted and skipping levels entirely.

Pass all of this, comes an expansive world full of exploration and deep lore that with ability to be expanded on even further. The gun play is exremely solid, and while some items are not great choices, most guns are and it makes for interesting and dynamic class specializations. The melee is fair enough, though there is something to be desired when playing a ninja-like monk. The PSI powers are satisfying to use and the way the games handles hacking is challenging but fun. The RPG-like skill points let you specialze in things like PSI or gunplay or melee and make each new character unique. I would recommend this game to anyone who is a fan of RPGs, it's a unique experience that hasn't been matched by much other games..
