Mix 4 egg yolks, 1/2 cup lemon juice, 1.5 tablespoons zest, 14oz of sweetened condensed milk, and a pinch of citric acid. Bake in a graham cracker crust at 350 until mostly set but still jiggly in the center. Cool at room temperature before chilling in the fridge overnight.
