If you're coming here expecting Tony Hawk's arcade-type skating, then give it a swerve!

This SIM is ♥♥♥♥♥♥' brutally hard to get accustomed to, as with real-life skating - and rightly so!

I fell offa my chair and smashed my shins just trying to get a grips with the controls!

Only got to the third stage and I already broke a lampshade and punched my desk.

10/10 would damage furniture again in the name of fun.

7 naked's with wooden spears running full pelt down a hill at one bloke with a shotgun = hilarious.

9/10 Would be a primitive jouster again.

I've played through this game with my 6-year-old son (he's actually better than me at it) and absolutely loved it!

We're now going back to see if we can tick off all the achievements, which is always a mark of a great game for me. I've not tried the online multiplayer yet, but it was great to see that added not too long ago.

Definitely one of the best co-op games I've played, worth every penny and if you manage to get it on sale (or in a bundle somewhere) then you've got a real bargain.

[edit] Son is now 7 and a half, it's had a couple of great new levels since then and we still haven't done all the achievements. He wants to be a YouTuber now too. Of course.

[re-edit] Son is now nearly 13 and we still love it... fat chance of doing all achievements now though, they keep moving the goal posts!

I've had a Steam Controller since the first wave were sent out and I made a 'first-impressions' review for Chillblast:

Still good.

Game constantly crashes making it hard to even recommend this as a card farming/uninstall simulator. Only way to quit the game seems to be to end the process, meaning a corrupted file and a reinstall each time I want to run it in the background to get the cards, coz lets face it - that's all this is good for!

Triptastic, bizarre and amusing game. Very short though, unless you want to go back and unlock all achievements. Very rarely does a game make me want to do that, but Jazzpunk does!

Eventually I did too, especially thanks to the Director's Cut.
