Firstly, I'd like to note the efficiency of this worker. It doesn't matter if he's on the tills, stock, delivery or security he excels at all of it. I personally like his ability to hit certain types of customers with his broom, this in its self is a notable "going the extra mile" attitude we love to have in our employment. I would however note that Shoob has, on multiple occasions, been caught with a packet of tissues, Vaseline, and a Dora The Explorer Magazine in the customer toilets. When asked for proof of purchase, he will often shrug, look the manager in the eye and continue his business. If Shoob continues to conduct such activity then he will be reminded of the theft policy, and the consequences of lying to his colleagues and superiors. Shoob is also reminded of the Supermarket slogan, which he should live by daily- Ethically Sourced Food at Reasonable Prices.
