Well still a bit rough around the edges, Pathfinder: Kingmaker has improved greatly since launch. With both dedicated developers and a growing modding community, Pathfinder Kingmaker is a great pick for anyone who loves CRPGs.

For those that don't like RTwP, there is also a fantastic turn based mod for the game.
