My name is Phillip and I just fell down a hole.
Things are going as expected.
Hour 1 -
I set off to Greenland due to a video game style reason.
Hour 2 -
I arrive at Greenland and start freezing to death.
Hour 3 -
I found an abandoned mine shaft, so I climbed down but then the ladder broke. No turning back now.
Hour 4 -
I found a rock, I called it Dave.
Hour 5 -
Found a dog, I panicked and threw Dave.
Hour 6 -
Dave shatters into pieces and makes the dog lose it's sense of balance.

Brilliant, while the game may be riddled with Quick Time Events, it is unique in it's own way.
One of the unique features is it's Attache Case Inventory, allowing one to be full on ammo while only having a single pistol, lots of guns and low ammo, lots of healing items, I could go on.

Definitely a must-have.

It's amazing how hilariously violent it is just to do some chores.

So much for thinking I could go through it straight faced.

Despite not being the most refined experience. CastleMiner Z is a rather competent game.
The art style is a bit of a car crash and enemy variety has been ♥♥♥♥♥♥ in the arse by paint jobs, but the main gameplay is very solid and gunplay is very competent.
My main issue is the lack of content in it, there isn't much to it. The world consists of your starting area, floating islands, deserts, mountains, antarctica, layer 7-12 from minecraft and then hell. They keep repeating and it can eventually get a bit dull, another issue regarding this is that the block's collision detection begins to mess up, the player can start walking through blocks for a certain time.
Endurance mode is probably my favourite, but due to a lack of content, variety and rather slow update frequency it can get rather dull.
So, my verdict would probably be a 7/10.
Competent game, but needs polishing and a bit more variety.

This is game is just gibberish, it has many interesting ideas and concepts but are poorly executed.
