Kids be crazy, yo.

As a lover of co-op games that has a boyfriend who is NOT a lover of co-op games who also gets very frustrated very quickly, this game had both of us playing non-stop! The entirety of the game is so creatively thought-up. The story is simple, yet extremely well executed. The voice acting is superb with dialogue that really draws you into the characters. The game doesn't punish you for dying, it simply allows you and your partner to have fun, laugh-off your mistakes and encourages you to mess with one another when the opportunity is given. The mini games are so unique compared to anything I've played before, while catering to each area you're in to make them fit that part of the story as well as utilizing some of the tools you currently have equipped. The game is beautiful, charming, unique in just about every way I can think of and perfect for gamers of all levels. I typically don't go towards puzzle based co-op games like this, I usually go for shooters or RPGs, but this game pulled me in completely with how different it looked. Absolutely worth the money, especially since you can play with someone with only one copy of the game! Kudos to these developers! I look forward to your next co-op title! <3

The running animation is probably my biggest complaint about the game, it's just so unnatural and strange looking, plus a tad clunky with the actual movement, but otherwise, if you can look past that, the game is phenomenal so far! It's like Harvest Moon and Animal Crossing had a baby and this is the outcome! It took me probably 5-6 hours before I REALLY started getting into it, but after that it became binge time.

This game is truly innovative. At the time that I played it, I had never heard of or played a game even remotely similar. I love the adrenaline rush I get from it, I love the randomness of the encounters that I have, and I love playing it with friends. Ghost hunting without the fear of actually becoming hunted in real life! Some contracts scare me so badly I turn all the lights on in my real life house as I walk through it, and some contracts we knock out so fast without ever even seeing the ghost that I feel like a badass and get cocky for the next contract that inevitably scares the piss outta me. 10/10 would piss myself again.

This game surprised me by how much I liked it. It does have a turn-based battle system somewhat akin to that of Divinity, but they've definitely made their own version of it. Your choices very much matter in this game. The game reacts to your gender, the people in your party, and previous choices you've made. There's a lot to do in the game without there being "too much" to do. I finished every single thing (that I came across) and went to every single area that I could within approximately 70 hours. There's a ton to loot, a lot to explore, and if you're a fan of Vikings and their lore, I think this game would not disappoint. I literally played it non-stop until I beat the game. I would highly recommend if you're a fan of Baldur's Gate, Divinity: Original Sin or Pillars of Eternity style games. I hope the developers make something along these lines again!

This is a phenomenal game! If you are a lover of Baldur's Gate, Neverwinter Nights or even Divinity: Original Sin, then I believe you'll find lots of reality escaping moments with this game. The story has SO much time put into it, with all the detail and description everything has: the lore, characters' backgrounds and especially the environment. It can be overwhelming at times, but you don't have to read EVERYTHING to enjoy the game. If you like a DnD based game where you create your own character, make your own story, choose the people who come with you and your decisions do actually matter, then this is the game for you! I started playing this again after hearing about Larion Studios making Baldur's Gate 3 and wanted to jump into a game similar, and this one hit that itch for me!
