5 kromek czerstwego chleba
2 l wody
2 łyżki smalcu ze skwarkami
4 ząbki czosnku
przyprawa do zup w płynie
sól i piperz do smaku
natka pietruszki i koperek do dekoracji (ewentualnie szczypiorek)

PRZYGOTOWANIE KROK PO KROKU

Czerstwy chleb pokruszyć do misek. Wodę zagotować. Dodać smalec ze skwarkami i zamieszać do rozpuszczenia. Czosnek posiekać i rozetrzeć z 1/2 łyżeczki soli. Czosnek dodać do wrzącej wody.
