pros:
1. takes the story but adds abit of their own spice to it
2. gameplay is fun aswell as able to keep you busy for a long time
3. the grind is simple and fast if you know what to do
4. can refight old bosses via dragon balls
5. lvls matter so it has no cheese

cons:
1. glitches still exist which caused me to lose a side quest. (took out evil enemys in a era around the 30s which spawned a raditz. i beat him which brings a lvl 50 vegeta. i wait later to fight him and i get a vegeta quest. since evil vegeta is in same location the quest vegeta could not spawn so i didnt get to beat it
2. the controls on controller cannot be changed and 23 hours in it still feels abit odd with the layout
3. food is very tricky to get for the great recipes and lasts 3 mins so a lot of work for short bonuses
4. far as I have seen you cannot go back on optional quests so always check world map or you may lose needed exp
5. the multi enemy fights unless you are a really high lvl are annoying as you cannot even land a hit for a while so prepare to be frustrated on fights with 3 or more guys with a lot of health
6.you cannot go super kaioken (xD filler reference
7. D medals are the far most important thing in the game and i did not hit a wall till cell where you need many so gonna need to hunt for them all if planning on getting new/stronger super attacks instead of just getting orbs
