It's amazing for what it is.

It's fun with friends. Can recommend to send your friends in and shout the ghosts' name right at the front door to trigger it so your friends get killed.

Thanks to "Collision On" I made a friend smash and destroy his keyboard! Would buy again!

FINALLY ON PC!
I waited so long for a legit Monster Hunter on PC. Tried Monster Hunter Online, even tried to get into Frontier but it was too complicated and I am not capabale of neither Korean nor Chinese.
The controls are so easy and smooth with Mouse and Keyboard that there is no need to play it with a controller. ALSO you can finally properly aim with ranged weapons!
I only wished there were more monsters. I hope Capcom is gonna realize (since the game reached the expected sales for a whole year in less than 2 months on PC) that this game could be the future. Wouldn't mind paying for bigger DLCs when they come in acceptable intervals and contain new maps AND monsters.

Always loved the Monster Hunter series and I love this game as well. Looks good, feels good and all in all plays really good.

I can't wait for Iceborne any longer! Oooof!

This game is fun af but the performance is "lowest drawer", thats what a german would say, roughly translated... it s*cks - at least in Multiplayer.
Also, the game is "finished" but it is by far not polished in any way.

Stuff wasn't there at launch, but it was fixed like 4-5 hours in.
Great content, don't really know if it's worth 15 bucks, but yeah I like it.

Really good Milsim IMO, but what makes the game is the modding-community.
I hope if the series ever gets a new installment, that BI is going to consider building the game on a more stable engine.

If you want realistic and good gunplay and combat, I guess ArmA 3 is the game you are looking for. You could always hop on a server of one of the various vanilla gamemodes or join a Milsim-community to have a good time. If I still had the time and energy I had back a while ago, I'd still go through missions with the community I was in - really enjoyed that time.
