Low-medium level sniper can be more easily dodged (strafe left-right while turning rapidly) or jumped upon. Sticky jumping onto sniper balcony and wreaking havoc there is one of my favorites in casual... it's not like average sniper can headshot you midair (barring extreme luck), esp if you airstrafe a bit.
