This is a very good game that doesn't hold your hand, for most of the content you have to figure it out yourself and that is intended. It is also open world; it is by no means a hard game to play nor is any of it confusing.

A patch from Otaku Plan website is required to get the full version.

Avoid the Performance patch as it is game breaking and will break controller support.

For those encountering the screen freezing follow this:
  • Go to: SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Magical Girl Konoha\www\js
  • Open rpg_core.js in Notepad or any other word processor.
  • Use CTRL+F to find if (this._skipCount === 0) {
  • Replace with this: if (this._skipCount <= 0) {
This will stop the screen from freezing. This fix can also be used on other RPG Maker games that have this problem, the publisher/developers will never try to fix it themselves or admit it is a problem.

Just know that reinstalling the patch will undo this change.

Note: I have never encountered a single crash in the game, do not listen to any reviews telling you to turn off lighting effects because that is not the cause of any crashes (it is more than likely their PC is the cause), that is just misinformation and should be ignored.

I'm able to run the game with Microsoft Edge open with about 15 pinned tabs and many other game clients open and still play it without a single crash or lag of any kind.

Fantastic game, not P2W, ignore any reviews that say otherwise.

Any reviews with under 100 hours of play time should be ignored.

The game doesn't hold your hand at all, you have to figure out most of the content yourself, this is by design and if you don't like this then don't even bother playing, there are many other free to play MMOs that hold your hand, but this isn't one of them.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the games UI menus, none of it is confusing, that is more a skill issue than anything else.

The classes that require you to pay can be ignored, you don't need them to progress in the game.

The developers of the game are not greedy nor corrupt, it is a business in the end, and they have to make money, nothing wrong with how they're doing it either.
