This game is ridiculously mind blowing. The story telling from the other games coming into this one is insane. Hours of depth and stringing together small bits and pieces to entire locations. Incredible
The scenery is worth its own mention. ooooh my god. Its so good. From the amazing view of future levels after defeating the first real boss. To the amazingly intricate detail in deep dark dungeons its absolutly insane. Fromsoft put a lot of detail into art. did not dissapoint at any time ever in this game.
The combat a little buggy at times, but amazingly well done. Fromsoft did an amazing job at good combat. I would go as to say Fromsoft is the only dev of game with this combat style that nailed it. Pretty good hit boxes (on everything cept for vordt/dancer XD) amazing weapons and sorceries to pick from to add your combat style and amazing functionality.
The only reason I can say I was dissapointed with this game is the very occasional unbalaced fight or area. I can give two exapmles wolnir fight. Also farron swamp. Even if you have the reccomended health points for wolnir is hella annoying for him to become vape lord and 2 shot you with in a matter of 1.5 ish seconds. Then the swamp is just merely annoying feels like a big waste of time.
The difficulty is typically balanced toward either side. If the player has died a few times and now knows what to do the difficulty shifts in their favor. But when entering a new area its geared more towards the environments favor from traps or merely the mobs.

I had an incredibly frustrating first couple of runs going into this game. With the slightest bit of grit and determination this game is for sure my number one title i could ever imagine. Would absolutely reccomend this game to anyone and everyone who shows the slightest interest. 100/100 the game of the year awards this game have are damn well deserved. I'll leave with a simple this game is incredibly amazing.
