So, basically to me they're both more of a leader type of person, but also the more capable of killing, so, I was thinking of having Soldier carrying the Intel in one hand, shotgun in the other shooting at sniper, and my Medic is behind the soldier, like back to back trying to cover him with his blutsauger.
