As af now, I don't reccomend Civ VI. My biggest complaint is the optimization for lower end PCs like mine. Though my PC meets the requirements, it runs poorly even on low settings. My second gripe is the science-production ratio. On whatever difficulty I've played on, I always have very science compared to my production even after constructing mines, workshops, etc. Wonders, buildings and units take an incredible time to make. It may just be a problem with my playstyle, but I never had that problem in Civ V. My last complaint is the immersion. Compared to Civ V, the immersion is almost non existant. I don't feel like I'm building up a nation or leading powerful armies. I believe the graphics and leader screens are at fault here. If some DLC which adds new conent or patches are released that fix optimization, I could overlook the immersion and give Civ VI a positive review.

Grid is a great racing simulator that holds up even to this day. Grid puts you to the test in various races that can be difficult, yet entertaining. There are many cars to choose from, and they all function differently. Grid has a fairly generic story that doesn't add or take away anything from the game. The graphics, though from 2008, are fantastic even today and further help to immersie yourself in the game. Controls work well with a keyboard, but even better with a wheel setup. Grid runs very well on my PC, and it is one of the few racing sims that is able to do so. Overall pick this game up if you're interested, espically if you see it on sale like I did.

It's clear they chose quality over quantity here, but the added maps are very well made. It's an odd price of $7, but the DLC is well worth it when you get tired of the old maps.

Portal is one of my favorite puzzle games to date. Portal's unique and innovative gameplay makes it a very enjoyable game. Many of Portal's levels are difficult (especially the bonus levels), but there is immense satisfaction after competing challenging levels. Portal also includes a complex and mysterious story with ties to Valve's Half Life universe. Portal's atmosphere in-game does a great job at making the user feel as if they are alone and isolated from any human activity. Portal's story and exceptional gameplay combine to make a remarkable video game. Portal does feature a remarkably short campaign, but it is made up redeeming qualities like the well written story and original game mechanics. Portal is a great video game that is definitely worth a purchase.
