Very distinct classes with passive talent trees and even skill talent trees for each skill. You can find synergies between different skills or have one skill trigger another skill on use or sometimes as a reaction.

Flawed by all means but one of the absolute best Warhammer 40,000 games.
There are some bugs but so far nothing game breaking. Balance issues that we can hope are resolved in future patches.
Otherwise a very fine game that made my WH40K heart beat faster. The environments and visuals are amazing and do justice to the game universe.
