On the 20th of May 2021 at 1:56 am I sent the following eMail as a reply to a principal of Aureon Energy that had reached out to me.

Ken was so careful to not have a theory. He was led by observation. He was criticised by Matsumoto for not describing what they were - though both parties recognised what they were able to do, at least at some level of self organisation, cause matter to become denatured. Solin describes the overall process well. At one point, Ken referred to the work of S.V. Adamenko as resulting in a 'quark soup' whereas Adamenko called it an ‘electro-nuclear cluster’. Ken also referred to it being able to lead to the "Mother of all matter" - what the alchemists would call Prima Materia. Solin de-facto agreed since he said that the structures lead to unification of the forces and matter collapse. In Matsumotos electro-nuclear collapse model - he notes that ultimately there is a black hole like event of self-compression - the same phrase as used by Vysotskii and Adameko in 2004 - the self compression leads to denaturing of the matter - Matsumoto then says it can re-appear at a white hole, sometimes having travelled through a 'wormhole' whereupon nuclear re-generation leads to a spread of elements, on the outside, hydrogen (the most likely stable element nucleus to form, observed by Piantelli and others as 'excess hydrogen'), carbon film, O etc. and in the centre Ti, Fe etc. I have observed this across multiple technologies.

It is interesting that the inventor of the phrases 'black hole' and 'worm hole' and Feynman's lecturer, a principle in the Mahattan Project and key in the H-Bomb (and the IVY Mike blast at Enewetak Atoll) - Wheeler, would come up with a gravitationally bound soliton structure in the 1950s, called a GEON that looks remarkably like the structure I derived from study of John Hutchison samples long before I knew of Wheeler. Matsumoto said from the outset that his 'itonic clusters' have a mesh in one of two basic forms - torus or sphere - which can aggregate - they form meshes. I have said that they form structures based on all the allotropes of carbon and there nested or otherwise aggregations. Matsumoto said these are comprised of Positrons, Electrons (in a degenerate state) and neutrinos, these carry and mask the ions. Wheeler stated that GEONs could comprise “a range of leptons”, so the stars are aligning.

In the end, what matters is that these things were rightly characterised by Shoulders as being able to destroy any dense matter, especially when an attempt to generate heat is asked of them.

This is why, for a number of years now, since 2017, I have argued their best first use is radiation remediation. You don't care that you are re-organising the matter in this application.

Ken defined methods for direct electricity generation from them, but I believe these approaches can be improved - perhaps you can ask Eric Davis about that. The way to do it is not tell this gift of nature what it is, but rather, respect it and work with it in the way it wants to work.

Soon it will be obvious, once you have seen it, it is, just obvious. No equations or debates about what it is and how it is composed, just a recognition of its beautiful simplicity and it's awesome might.

This must be respected. It is all there is. As I have said recently, it is - The 'god's' toolbox - Stupid people, that do not understand what it can do and how to respectfully work with it or the ill-spirited, can do immense harm. In action, it does not have an opinion, or an agenda, it does not respect morals, it just does what it does in a given scenario and very quickly, it does have intent though, it wants to make the conditions for life to thrive - whilst it may spare organic life to a degree, it can also disrupt it too. It is within us and we have evolved with it, but too much of anything can be bad.

UPDATE #1 - A comment on how we got here

I have said for many years that BECs play a role, likewise Topological discontinuities, in particular phase singularities.

There are a number of defined event horizons arising from the Fractal MHD structure.

The structures can be influenced by self-similar quanta and by coherent traveling waves. They can also link up and act as a collective at each fractal level and in cluster forms. We have captured and shared this on motion video.

I have discussed at length coherent matter waves. In 2016 and 2017 It became clear to me, from Shoulder's work and S.V.Adamenko's - that what was in the core was something like de-natured matter. When I found that the structures I had observed on Neil Creighton-Gould's LION reactors matched exactly those drawn into M. Solin's 1992 patent it was clear that unification of the forces occurs. M. Solin's 1992 patent description confirmed what the data was pointing to, that monopole-like structures were forming, indeed the conclusion of Ken Shoulder's 1987 book said that EVOs were Oscillating Monopoles - and in my Monopole-Clutch video (1 Oct 2020) I referred to John G. Cramer's 1983 statement about monopoles catalysing the decay of protons.

But how to build a monopole? Adamenko's relativistic 300J dielectric barrier discharge was out of the question. We did not have the industrial free electron laser and refractory metal of Solin. What about the high dI/dT electron pulse using heavy ions of Xenon, Mercury and Tungsten like Ken Shoulder's 1991 patent? - Too expensive. Perhaps Exploding Titanium foil in water like Leonid Urutskoev? - complicated. What about LION reactors? - Time Consuming. What about Brown's/Ohmasa Gas? We saw that MHD structures did the business, well, we tried, but Ohmasa was cagey and, though we got loaned a BN2000, Covid got in the way. In the mean time, we discovered that the exact same things were going on in ULTR experiments and in VEGA too. But these needed access to SEM/EDX for extended study.

BUT, what VEGA showed in scores of cases was a fractal structure with a core. They built on those seen as 'paw prints' in LION and quantised in MFMPs Hutchison Effect 'Fracture' Sample. When I shared that the collective data to the Russian community, they sent back the Zhvirblis paper. This lead me to the Nevessky Paper and this showed that at a fractal 3 level (seen in Hutchison Effect sample and scores of structures in VEGA Valley) and above, produce a phase singularity where standard Maxwell Equations lead to the production of a closed Poynting vector and a pure 'electromagnetic phantom', where energy can rapidly accumulate in a quasi-stable state with little loss. A similar Maxwell treatment in 2009 by SLAC researcher David Fryberger, trying to explain micro-ball lightning that appeared in a super-conducting chamber at a national lab earlier in the decade, resulted in the claim that a 'vacuum current' would form, that would result in continuous accumulation of energy until baryons 'fall apart' as they 'loose their reference to the dirac sea' - essentially saying in modern parlance, that at a critical threshold, the vacuum current causes a breakdown in the vacuum energy state.

I then learned from Afanasiev & Dubovik (1998) that WHATEVER comes from the breakdown of the matter caused by the topological monopole, which Adamenko et. al. observed as acting as a black hole, will be cohered via phase and energy synchronization through the A-B effect in the fractal cores of the structures.

In this way the structure can end up being quasi-stable especially if fed EM, electrons or even light. All forms of matter would work too.

You can't imagine the ontological shock I had in 2019, when looking at the Ohmasa Gas samples, these proved my theory of 'de-presurising' or 'presurising' of matter, that was clear in March 2017 from my video of Suhas Ralkar's ultrasonically produced 'Sprites' video, months before Neil ran his first LION reactor - however the LION reactor showed how the flux flowed between the topological monopoles. It was the combination of the OG + Ti on PTFE verifying Solin, the persistent EVOs transmuting Oxygen on Copper Oxide in "SnowBalls on Cobblestones" plus the rest of the 10-Yen coin and, most of all, the MHD structure on the W welding rod that did it for me. I told Alan that this data proves that matter just falls apart in these systems, nothing is being bashed together, it just falls apart, and it was a vortex cause by something that was doing it. The matter that falls apart, is re-born in other parts of the structure into other common, stable elements. At this point, I had not derived the fractal structure from Hutchison's Fracture Sample, I did not know about Wheeler's GEONs paper either.

VEGA Valley settled the fractal nature. The maths, it turns out, had already been done in Soviet and Federation Russia. It was then done in the west.

The final cherry on top was both predicting that FTM structures, as presently mathematically modeled in main-stream papers for their possibility to be used for memory storage and communications would be found in cavitation process.

Much later analysis of Bin-Juine Huang's reactor pipes provided EXACT analogues of pairs of structures that looked exactly as those produced by FTM structures - they were even in L and R pairs. In some cases a core would be consuming copper in a tornadic slug, in others the matter that had been cohered and confined inside, was spewing out in braided or tornadic patterns - but not as copper, hydrogen and oxygen, but as other matter consistent with stellar synthesis-like elemental make-up. The cores and sub-cores and sub-sub-cores are seen to die, sequentially, showing the same phenomena as in Snowballs on Cobblestones, the break up of BL by L.I. Urutskoyev and on the VEGA Valley etc. The break-up in ECCO fuel also.

The "Flux Capacitor" and subsequent data showed:

FTM structures with disruption beams strong enough to pull slugs of copper straight out of the pipe (also see on 10 Yen coin) - conclusively

The boundary of the 'apple' of structures can also tear matter from the base material in a little over 100nm thickness - conclusively

Matter MUST be torn apart and become coherent at all levels, molecules -> bare atoms -> nucleons and further (only way so much matter can fit in)

This collective must adopt the Fractal MHD pattern structure to persist as observed (only way it can be quasi-stable)

The smaller the structure - the more stable it is (observed and logical when you understand how it is formed).

When the structure breaks up or fails, new matter is born as the confined matter/energy is de-confined and de-coheres. It is re-pressurised, Solin called this (paraphrasing) "ultra-fast formation of open cell micro crystals" This was seen in the OG + Ti on PTFE and from a sub-core in a Huang sample.

The fractal Magneto-Hydrodynamics initially formed from electrons and ions, produces a ring singularity similar to that described by Vishnevsky (Sochi, May 2008) at the emergent phase singularity comprised of coherent superconducting electrons and/or 'EM Phantom (Zhvirblis/Nevessky)/Vacuum Current (Fryberger)' where energy accumulates until it forms a purely electromagnetic black hole, similar to a Kerr-Neuman black hole, as predicted by John Wheeler which he called a Kugelblitz (German for Ball Lightning).

This then changes the parameters of the vacuum, capturing photons, which leads to a radically reduced vacuum energy. At particular thresholds of change of vacuum energy depletion, gradients thereof and increasing magnetic field, Van der Waals then polar then ionic then covalent then atomic nucleon cluster bonds then individual nucleon bonds fail, after which, at sufficient magnetic field and vacuum energy depletion, neutrons and protons decay into quarks and gluons that form an electron-quark-gluon-plasma (eQGP). Due to the charge of quarks, this then forms a fractal MHD structure of eQGP that is superfluid and superconducting, this maintains the required magnetic field in a topological monopole of smaller volume and is able to self sustain with access to a feedstock of more condensed matter. An eQGP structure of less than 700 nm across is sufficient and likely has a non-radiating boundary around 1 um and can themselves form into clusters, both features observed by Ken Shoulders and in the collective work of contributors to the Martin Fleischmann Memorial Project as studied by Bob Greenyer.

Mesons formed can decay into electrons, photons and neutrinos. The overall structure blueshifts photons impinging on it from the outside.

When the structure is destabilised, say by over energising it, or changing the vacuum energy around it, or it becomes unable to sustain the required fields because of lack of available matter/energy to ingest, the matter spews out the way it went in and is instantly reformed by the normal vacuum energy pressure into ordinary atoms through a process Takaaki Matsumoto called Electro-Nuclear-Regeneration (ENC) and subsequently Stanislav Adamenko called Nuclear-Regeneration.

Essentially, matter is disassembled or assembled to form new atoms, or is completely de-natured and aggregated in the core only to re-emerge later to form new matter, extra electrons and photons. If a shock is sufficient, or resonance is used, matter can accumulate to densities sufficient to produce heavier than iron nuclei from whatever matter is ingested.
