I HATE a hard crust.

Several time I given up in frustration making a crust.

But as a girl once asked in a famous story from my school days, 5 years probably somewhere in New Zealand, "It's what's on the inside that counts."

People like candy corn.

Flip - flops.

BUT... I am still going to wear them 8 months out of the year.

I actually look forward to them and soap them up and stuff when we get home LONG before summer comes around.

Ever seen a storm causing serious flooding in Hawaii?

I have.

Now in my opinion, most Koreans are conservative when it comes to such things, but not entirely.

Roads flood.

School floods.

Then there is money hire for cars and gear that continues months later.

But when you get INTO the ocean if it's after Monster storm then there is a gaping hole in the ocean corridor, a wall of water that comes rushing in that a 30 - foot tidal wave of water floats ON windows and in streets in probable flooding.

Why is it that no one has railings all these damn toilet stalls have?

I don't get it.

Summers are delightful in North Idaho.

I went out with a friend for a late summer wine and cheese the other night.

And you just find yourself chatting away with friends and enjoying the cool air and each others company.

Now granted I live where there is a mountain bike trail only a few miles away from my house, but it beats driving to enjoy a few glasses of the wine and cheese aloneкЯ?
