Quite a lot of fun, fully supports a non-violent playthru, a stealth playthru, or a full combat playthru. 3+ possible endings as well. I recommend choosing a primary style and sticking to it, otherwise you'll be in trouble by the third chapter.

Wonderful game if you enjoy a world full of lore and mysteries.

This is not a review of the specs for the game: My system ran it beautifully. No rendering issues whatsoever.

The game is just badly made.

Before I could get to anything that highlights RTX, I was already encountering clipping issues that trapped my character in walls, random shadow renderings of myself, and multiple issues with the portal control and direction logic which don't exist in the regular portal games. All of which I played and enjoyed the hell out of.

I enjoy a challenging game, this is a buggy nightmare.

A charming adventure that may induce flashbacks for pen&paper veterans.

A brilliant game rich in lore. Don't spoil your first time playing with a guide or lots of reloading of saves, this is a game that does failure right. Letting the dice fall where they may could result in some of the most interesting stories by the end.

If a bad decision turns into a fatal mistake, the game is polite enough to let you try the encounter again.

The world is amazing, the story is deep. The gameplay isn't for everyone, but if you dig it? Then this game is your jam!

Until, of course, something goes wrong and you have to contact ANKAMA support.
Don't worry, something WILL go wrong.

ANKAMA has a reputation for stealth banning players, losing their transaction histories, ignoring support tickets, and generally treating players as garbage. Multiple users report having accounts 'reset' when they finally did get problems resolved (Sometimes a full year after they occurred).

I want to love this game so much, but this is a case of bad support ruining a good game. Don't invest yourself.

This game is a magical experience when played with a child learning to read. The adventure and the words my kids have learned to sound out and read have rocketed their vocabulary forward, and my 7yo is now doing his typing exercises so he can eventually be ready to play this game himself.

A game that is a throwback to a simpler time, this was one of my favorite titles from 2013. Strongly believe it is still worth a play if you like puzzles.
