At release this game had horrendous performance. low fps, stutter and crashing that made it complettely unplayable. instant refund.
Recently a patch (that removed drm denuvo?) made the performance really good. high fps, no stutters etc. but I still crashed very often.

But with mods I never crashed again. It is an amazing game if you have good performance and don't crash. Even better than the first game.

If you crash more than once in-game --- I recommend looking up performance and fix mods on for example nexusmods. I think "SWJS - Fixes and Improvements" may have been the one that ended up fixing it for me - but I am not 100% sure as I installed this along with "May the Performance be with you (Stutter and Performance improvements)" at once and never looked back.

But it is waaay too slow to unlock new warbonds without paying. I have 3 premium warbonds. Look at my hours.

Apart from an initial free warbond that will net you some extra SC, you need to find up to 70sc caches to unlock a single warbond. And they can't spawn in every mission type, and you might average 1 cache in every mission lasting ~30m. The harder missions make it very hard to have time to prioritising looking for caches.
That might be 40 hours of playtime between unlocks, and then you just have a a battle pass you have to play to unlock. You can get up to 3 weapons in a warbond as the main attraction.

And apparently people think this is perfectly fine.
Because SC is the "premium currency" and people expect that you have to pay for it people think the base game for 40eur with barely a base gun of each type is fine, and then 10eur for every other warbond (there's like 12 now?)

No, running low level missions with a dedicated SC farm team should not be expected.

Game is fun but the lack of new unlocks unless you pay for them is very frustrating.
