It took me 3 years to beat this game but that is because I have poor time management skills.
This is a wonderfully clever co-op platformer! The art is cute, the game has a great difficulty curve, and the humor is a fundamenetal aspect of how i communicate.
I should have played this game a decade ago

This game is very funny and cute - it doesn't take its story too seriously for what it is - a story about raccoons using doughnuts kidnap people - and the gameplay is simple though incredibly satisfying. I'll almost certainly be replaying this in an attempt to get 100% achievements someday.

However, This game is about 2 hours long. I would not pay $13 for it, but I got it for about $4 which was great.

Great, you'll like Hades II. It's currently in early access, so there's a bit of placeholder stuff still, but it genuinely looks like the entire game is here.
Every aspect of Hades is expanding upon, and then some.

I'll be honest, I couldn't play much of this game. My computer nearly crashed entirely - but what i did play? it seemed fun enough. The character controls were a little laggy and bouncy, but I'm unsure if the lag was caused by my laptop's desperate attempts to function.
I would love to see some more graphics options that turn off things like grass or other less-important items.

Also the SFX for the diving bell is unaffected by the SFX slider? so every time we went down or up i went nearly deaf.

i have reached the first boss, this is a long game.

I cannot stress enough how much i love this game.
It's not really a game you "play," but more like an interactive video. Just turn it on in the background while you and your friends are hanging out IRL (if other people do that?) and hang out!
Also, it's great for "just chatting" streams, tbh.

amazing creature collector, great characters - i love all of them, even ones i hate! - and an amazing story with some great twists. I want more :3

I just finished the game.

Chances are, you know all about this game. It came out in 2007, after all.
That being said, the puzzles to be found in the game are phenomenal, and totally different than those in the sequel.
I bought this game while it was on sale for ~90% off, which it seems to do during every major sale. Pick it up, it's a fun, 4-hour puzzle game.
