Starting or joining a private game is nearly impossible! For the price of this game the developers should be able to afford to host on good servers! Refunding...

Edit: After a few hours we tried again and could not get enough of this game. It's hilarious and brings out your friends' personalities as you don't usually see them. I tried to get a refund but I had already spent more than 2 hours trying to create a game.

It's fun and challenging! Each new boss is incrementally more challenging than the previous and it took me a few lives to figure out how to stomp them because their charged attacks still proceeded after you stun them. It took me a while to realize that I couldn't kill the boss in the first 3 parts of a level until the actual boss fight so don't waste too much time trying to kill it. I couldn't get above 15 FPS when I first loaded the game and finally discovered that it was not compatible with Freesync, or at least my Freesync setup, but once my monitor's Freesync was disabled I got 170+ FPS.

What started as just a new game to try with a group of casual gamers became an addictive challenge with the competitive mode. It's fun, quick to learn the mechanics but slow to build on your advanced skills. Being able to gradually improve and still not be at the top is what keeps me playing.
