I'm happy to have played such an important game in the story of survival horror! They did wonders porting this game with the much needed QoL updates.

Been a fan of the series since the first game.

Game holds up well, it doesn't have much content but it's decent to pass the time!

I got platinum on the game, and my overall judgment is quite positive!

Pros:

- THE MUSIC IS GODLIKE IN THIS GAME!
- Great story, all the 3 paths were interesting;
- Excellent pathing, it's difficult to get lost and the main quest is easy to follow, it's always very clear what the main path is;
- Fight mechanics are satisfying to learn, perfect parry especially was always very exciting to pull off;
- Mechanics such as the P Organ or weapon assembly give infinite possibilities and expression;
- Great ambiance, the game is extremely light and will run on weaker GPUs;
- Customization! Equipment does not change your appearance so you can wear whatever you like at any time.

Cons:

- Content is really easy to miss, you should look everywhere before proceeding since missing important NPCs for secondary quests or items is most likely to happen without a guide;
- The difficulty curve is kind of unbalanced, most bosses end up being very overwhelming (I did not use spirit summoning);
- Near the end game, the game will actively try to ♥♥♥♥ YOU OVER with numerous amount of traps, multiple mobs ambush, etc. to get an easy kill on you. Frankly, this felt very frustrating.

Overall, the game is a solid 8.5/10 and I absolutely recommend it!

Yet another fantastic port of a console game!

The game is SUPER SCARY! Great atmosphere, great story, combat is much more difficult and makes you feel tense all the time.

Also, having played the console version, I greatly appreciated how they sped up running speed and door opening which used to take ages to do.

I recommend this more than MOTBW to get into the series as it has a much more realistic feeling to the Fatal Frame genre.

The porting has been made exceptionally well. The game feels incredibly smooth and the 60 FPS is very consistent too.

I love Fatal Frame series and I loved this game a lot, it's not too scary in terms of jumpscares and stuff but it does often make you feel very anxious and uneasy which, in my opinion, is what makes a horror game good.

I highly recommend to play this game.

A vast improvement from the precedessor "Bless Online".

The game is ton of fun to play with friends, full of quests to level up with and there's a lot of things to do.

Best waifu. Best Character. Best lips.

As a fervid lover of the Soul Calibur franchise. This met all of my expectantions.

Soul Calibur is, as always, very technical and requires much practice to get good at. The balancing team at first screwed up a bit but with the recurring patches they fixes pretty much all of the problems the low tiers had.

There is still room for improvement regarding balance and customization but it is still decent nonetheless.
