Smart, and not afraid of unfamiliar topics and new concepts, and shows a good ability to learn and adapt. But it usually takes a session or two before sametj will engage in the discussion. Communicates reasonably well, but not someone you would choose to present a case effectively or to get across detailed instructions. sametj generally seems to listen to others and take on board their views. No absences without valid reason in 6 months. sametj is interested in finding out why things are the way they are. Asks questions, but may stop if not getting the answers quickly or easily enough.
