Usually defensive when efforts are criticised – but they nevertheless tries to learn from mistakes. salstic enjoys working without supervision and usually continues to carry out duties effectively. Still needs to learn when it is appropriate to call for a supervisor’s advice or authority to act. Fast and accurate at solving mental math problems and has high-level skills requiring complex calculation and analysis. Communicates reasonably well, but not someone you would choose to present a case effectively or to get across detailed instructions. salstic generally seems to listen to others and take on board their views.
