My nickname is Brown_cheese because it is my favourite cheese and I eat it every day with biscuits and jam. The term is often used to just refer to the Gudbrandsdalsost type, which is the most popular variety. Brown cheese is primarily produced and consumed in Norway, but you should try some too.
